i have stomach problems.

hi this is my first time posting well lately ive been insecure about my self having cancer i have this lump on my chest and it is small and got x rays on it and everything so everything turned out good but recently i have had this thing in my stomach where my abs are its a lump inside where i can see it but i feel it and sometimes i push it and it leaves then comes back after an hour or so what is it is it normal? it feels hard it bugs me cuz i think about it alot a month back ive had a blood test and x ray on my chest woudlnt that cover my stomach as well so please some1 help me and tell me whats wrong let me describe it one more time everyday this happens like when my sotmach growls then it feels better but it feels like my stomach wnats to growl alot but doesnt always do it and when i feel the lump i can push it and it will go away you can see it only sometimes but barely but i can kinda push it and it will go away what is this please help thanks. please tell me it cant be a tumor or cancer i pray it isnt thanks.

Honestly, we can only guess. You did the doctor and examination thing and it turned up nothing. It could possibly be calcium deposits. Bumps underneeth the skin.

You need to relax, I think you are over reacting and why do you have a fear that it could be cancer? What would give you ideas like this.
