There's only one way to find out (and that's not by asking on the Internet). Make an appointment with your doctor who will check you over, poke around, and give you a diagnosis.

Pulled Muscle?
Hi. I've been having a pain in my right upper chest area when i talk, sneeze, laugh, cough or move around a certain way. It's been like this for about a week now. I applied ice to it the other day and that kinda help, but the pain is still there..What should i do? Should I go to the doctor or just let it heal itself?? it's a very uncomfortable feeling and i just want it to go away. :/
