hair falling at 17?

ahh for some reason my hairs falling out, not literally but i found like 20+ hairs on my desk? and im wondering why one earth that is? i do pull and fiddle with my hair but not so that it comes straight off.

why is this?

It is normal to lose up to 80 hairs a day. If you pull at your hair, you are going to lose more. It's just common sense.

from what i heard its normal to lose up to 150 hairs a day...but i lose alot of hair to, but ive been told that lack of nutrition can cause you to lose your hair or a bad shampoo, i think if you go to a dermatologist they can figure out why you are losing your hair if its that serious and im guessing prescribe something for you
