Growth in puberty

I am 16 n a half and I have a very slow puberty I have hair underneath my arms but not fully grown and hair also around my pubic area but also this is not fully gown and have no hair on my legs and shave not very regulary but I have started to develop white pubic hair around the side of my penis for some odd reason I am rather worried about this and do not no what to make of this could this be due to masterbation? If not hwat else please give me some advice!

Just genetics hun. There is nothing wrong with you and it has NOTHING to do with masturbation.

Its ll just the timing of genetics, and there's nothing (legal) you can do about it.
