    I feel I'm a little too big, how do I get toned before summer?
    Im about 5'7 and I weigh like 180 or so, I have a lot of muscle but I still have a lot of fat.
    I exercise quite a bit and I eat salads and fruits almost everyday. It still seems like I'm getting nowhere! I needa be shaped for summer! I want to wear a two piece!

    Taking a 45 minute to one hour long walk nearly every day is the best exercise for weight loss, lifting weights 2 or 3 times a week will tone your muscles, don't worry about bulking up, even most men won't bulk up much without roids. Keep eating healthy, don't go on crash diets, they are very unhealthy, take it slow. Good luck and have a good summer.
