I have a toddler and she lllloves eggs. Is it OK for a 3 year old to have 2 eggs a day or one a day? More like everyday?

Egg is a perfectly healthy food. And especially easy to eat for tiny fingers when they are scrambled. You don't want to go crazy and give her A lot of eggs a day. But 1 or to a day for breakfast should be fine :) I used scrambled eggs as a finger food when my little one was almost 1 when she was still learning to feed herslef.

Since my little guy (almost 20 months) is very picky but loves eggs I try to get him to eat to a day :) I don't worry so much if he eats his eggs in the morning.
