Could my 12 year old sister have a pediatric cancer?
My sister has been experiencing the following symptoms for the past month:
    -stomaches and sharp pains
    -severe headaches
    -hip pains
    -pelvic pains
    -knee pain
    -severe spinal pain
    -dizziness
    -stiffness in the neck
    -and trouble urinating.
Is it possible she might be diagnosed with a pediatric cancer? Also, she has a doctor's appt. schedueled for Monday, but I can't push the idea of cancer away. Would you agree?

Well, we don't know yet. We have checked multiple symptom checkers, and are awaiting some answers from online oncologist chats. I was wondering if anyone on here could help me, because if they are indeed symptoms of cancer we must bring her to the ER immediately.

IF she had cancer no need for a ER, it is something you see the doctor for.

Online questions and answers and online sites will never tell you anything, she needs a real doctor doing real blood tests and exams.

You're wasting your time trying to find answers online. Even a doctor cannot diagnose online.

The symptoms your sister have could be 100's of different things. Cancer is a possibility, but it could be the flu, or many other things. The only way you can know for sure is to get off the internet, stop guessing, and get real answers from a real doctor.

No one online can do blood work, x-rays, MRI, or any of the other tests necessary to diagnose cancer. Any diagnosis they come up with is just a guess, and that's all we can do as well.

Doctor! A real doctor! Face to face! That's what your sister needs. The internet can't help.

Agreeing with what, that she needs to see a doctor?

No need to be sorry. Many people go to the internet looking for answers about medical issues. The fact is, no one, not even the best doctor in the world, can give a valid diagnosis on the internet.

Do you know why? Any doctor has to run tests before they can diagnose someone. That's not possible over the internet. On the internet all you have is symptoms. Symptoms only give you a very long list of possibilities. Tests narrow those possibilities down.

No real doctor would ever even attempt to diagnose cancer over the internet. If any of them did, I would question their credentials.

I understand looking up possibilities online, but really, those can only lead to fear, and there really may not be a reason to be afraid. If I went only by my symptoms, symptoms I have every single day, I'd be dying of colon cancer (which I'm not), diabetes (don't have it), and numerous other things. My symptoms match both to the letter. But that's not what's going on with me.

Always see a doctor if you have medical issues. Do not rely on the internet when your health is in question. That's a huge gamble, and one you should not play. If you lose, it's your life that's the price.
