The pills may kill you. Do you want to die? Those pills were not prescibed for you, were they? You may get very sick. Can you tell an adult that you took them? One of your parents should know right away. You might get yelled at but that's way better than no one knowing.

You need to tell you mom or dad and get to the hospital, you could overdose depending on the types of pills you took. Get help physically, then mentally.
