2yr old with bad breath

Hi, my 2 yr old has bad breath all day everyday, he doesn't seem to be ill, his tongue though at the back is a bit yellow and kinda lumpy?? its not a food smell its like a morning breath smell any answers??

maybe it is a stomach issue. if he is feeling fine, wait till his next dr appointment and let them know what is going on.

That is why I said it may be coming from the tummy.

Check to see if he has thrush or not. Please get him checked out by a doctor.
