Will my UA show positive for alcohol?

I am a 34 yr old female, I weigh 139 lbs. I had one glass of wine one Tuesday with lunch and I took a UA today (FRIDAY) at noon. Do you think it will show up positive for alcohol. I know they will be using the EtG test.

The EtG resulting from 1 standard drink (US) will be eliminated in under 24 hours.
