Stable Vibration Transmission Gel

I need to make a gel that will transmit quite strong pulses from a massager to an affected area without the usual hard vibrations. It is so that a larger area than is available from a massager fitment can be applied to an injured knee, ankle, shoulder, etc.

Can anyone supply a recipe? Simple gelatine gels break down with vibration. The gel I need must not break down.
