The formula of zinc sulfate is simple but don't pay attention to the hepta thing now. Just write the formulae you already know.
Now we come to the hepta hydrate. The word 'hepta' means seven, like heptagon, meaning polygon with seven sides. 'hydrate' is water. Therefore heptahydrate is seven water. The formula is therefore, 7H2O, spelt 'dot seven H2O'. Note that the dot is important to show that the molecule contains water along with it.
One example is Copper (II) Sulfate Pentahydrate.
1. Copper (II) Sulfate --> CuSO4
2. Pentahydrate --> "penta - five" therefore, 5H2O
3. Copper (II) Sulfate Pentahydrate --> CuSO4.5H2O
The rest of your equation is quite simple and you should work it out easily.
