Phosphate buffer

Hello, Can you tell me how i can make 50mM buffer solutions having pH 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5 of Na2HPO4+KH2PO4 & K2HPO4+KH2PO4 (total volume 100ml)? or can you please explain how can i make above recipes using Handerson Equation.
