neutralization reactions

i need help, have an exam in a few days an it totaly forget how to write out balanced neutralization reactions. these are the questions

NaOH + HCLO3 >

Ca(OH)2 + H3PO4

if you can just tell me what to do. don't give me the answer, just help.

This produces a salt and water.

All the non O and H ions react to form the salt and the Oand H ions form water.
