    Here is a conversion:

    gram of a substance / moles of substance = molar mass of substance / 1 mole

    So if you are asked: How many grams of H2O2 is in 0.7 moles?

    First determine the molar mass of the substance. In this case it is 34.01 roughly

    x / 0.7 mol = 34.01g / 1 mol

    SOLVE for X

    x = (34.01)(0.7)
    x = 23.8 grams

    Understand?
