Hi....I am Monali.I am a student of 12th std.I have been assigned a project to study the effect of potassium bisulphite as food preservative under various conditions.
I searched it in every book i found, and even searced it in google where i got this website.I have even visited the websites suggested to nyjhla and another guy by clough but i didnt find anything about 'jam'.I am totally stumped and worried too as i need the info within a few days
This is the last hope i have please dont let me down.
