    Toe touches
    Hey I need some help,

    I'm on the dance team for my school and all the girls are amazing at toe touches. I've been trying to get better (ive practically looked up every tip on the internet) and I have been improving. You see my toe touches are really good on the trampoline then when I move to the ground they turn HORRIBLE! I can barely get my legs into the straddle. Im super flexible and usually really good at this stuff. SOMEONE HELP! I need to know how to make ground to touches better!! :(

    Hey... well I don't mean to brag but I had the best toe touches on my high school cheerleading squad but if you've already looked up every possible tip on the internet you're probably going to hear this stuff repeated.. my toe touches used to be really bad.. And I has nothing to do with flexibility because I know people who can't even do splits that have amazing t.t.'s you just have to concentrate on keeping your back completely straight and be careful not to bend over when you reach for your toes because then you won't get much height. Bring your feet to your hands while keeping your hands completely out to the sides... hope that helped!

    I agree that it has nothing to do with flexability. I am on a competition squad for cheerleading and for all of us to get higher jumps we had to do these things called hip flexers and they really worked. You sit in a stadle and life you feet less than a foot off the gound. You them roll your legs, hips, I don't know exactly in a circular motion. Once you get used to them, if you do about 50 a day it will help dramatically or it did for my squad!;)
