When you do your roundoff make sure you lock your legs completely locked!!!!

Push really hard with your legs and make sure when you stand up... to pull your chest up so you are not bent over at all!!! It also helps to run really fast!!!! You might want to try power-hurdle roundoffs too!!!

As for the backhabdspring I really suggest that you get a PRIVATE lesson or take a friend to a tumbling class... you might want to stress the backhandspring part to your instructor!!! Good Luck!!!!
