| jumps and stretches. I need help with my jumps. and getting like my scorpion and all that good stuff. I have a good toe touch [[so people tell me]].
but i have trouble on my landing my coach told me my butt is to low when i land and i have no idea what to do. my toe touch in the air looks like a straight line but i want it to be higher and look like a V. Can you help me like what kind of stretches i need to do.
and i almost have my splits down the middle i have like 2 or 3 inches away from the ground what else should i do to help me get my splits
