cheerleading help

[glow=blue,2,300]mm...i want to try out for cheerleading...prolly in 2 months, 3 months max, but im extremely unflexible....any tips?? ( i really want this)[/glow] :-/

Try streching for about 10 or 15 miiutes every day. It will help ALOT!!! Hope this helped
