Welcome to this site, and thank you for asking a question here. I am sure you will get some answers that will help you.

Here is a link:

It has some excellent tips on what to do, how to do it, what to expect in cheerleading tryouts. Also things you can do at home to practice.
I do wish you good luck, and hang in there.

If you have a local YMCA or gym check in to pilates or yoga classes both will increase flexibilty. Also look into tumbling and dance lessons. There are alot of cheerleading camps out there search the web. We used to go to one in WV over Christmas break.

Strech ALOT and do push-ups( they're really annoying but they help) Take like 10 min. every day 2 strech. Also consider signing up 4 a gymnastics class. HOpe this helped! Good luck
