SO now I want to take lesson or a class or something to help me out. I am not flexably at ALLLL! PLEASE if anyone has a suggestion for me I would love to here it.

Maybe you could got to your nearest ymca and check on classes there. I am not flexible at all either but im going to get help once im on my high school squad. I might want to stretch more though like i always do to do my toe touches and pikes.
Go somewhere 2 take classes! Pratice ur jumps ALOT! Make sure u strech b4 throwing anything! Also condion after. If u arn't flexible i would suggest taking 15 mintues each day 2 strech. DONT try 2 teach ur self any tumbling! Do push-ups to strethen ur arm muscels(4 motioons, tumbling +stunts) and make sure u have strong stomach musles! hope this helped
