And that's why I am glad to be in the UK and have the Data Protection Act Section 10 will keep me safe from this rubbish!

If anyone has my details like that and stores them on a PC I am well within my rights to see what information they are storing and have it destroyed if I so wish. Not to mention they couldn't collect that information without my consent.

Nez agrees: Agree with you totally.The only time UK residents are "spooked" is if they ae considered a danger to National security.Then GCHQ step in.Even this though needs to be authorised by the Home Secretary.
