Recommend good phones with a swiveling camera lens

Please, could anybody recommend a good cellphone that has a swiveling camera lens?

I'd like it to be more on the small side...Not too large. But, please show all the cellphones you know of. I can't find many.

I suppose not totally just swiveling camera lens...But what I want is just for it to be easy and convenient to take self-pics.

lgcu500 great fone durable not too bulky cheap and efficient music and ring is LOUD ive had 2 both thrashed still work great gave one to my brother long battery life and take decent pics and video with moving camera
