Motorola

Hey I have a Motorola (Verizon Wireless) v325 phone and I want to transfer ringtones and pictures to and from the phone. I have Motorola Phone Tools v3 and it is too outdated and I have spent enough money on usb cables and other software. Is there any good software that WILL work, so I don't waste money again??

With my provider (nextel) the software for doing what you want to do is a free download. Have you checked with verizon to see if they've got it for a download?

Hi, jnvlv,
I do agree with the answer before this one; call Verizon. The Customer Service Representative can help, or transfer you to Tech Support, to fully explain how to handle it.
Best of luck.
