how to uncode the security code?

hey everyone.....i have lg tg800 chocolate phone and the problem is that i have totally forgot the security code .now i was wandering if anyone of you would no how to reset the problem or anything so can be able to use the phone again.any suggestions would be great!

i did that but they said cant do anything about it and also contacted the lg manufacturer but no solution...............so i was thinking if you guys can help me out on this

I ain't buying it.

The service provider can reset the phone to factory settings if unable to repair otherwise.

Take it to them and ask them to do it, forget about talking to them over the phone.

you have to go to settings and go to the security icon. There will be a bar that says "security code" you go there and go to the reset mode. It will ask for the Cellphone ID # so get out the papers it came with. You should be able to reset it after that.

hey simplebowman ..its when i enter my sim card into the phone it tells me to put in the security code in that case the phone is locked.thats why i have to figure out a way to reset the phone
