Yup, Curlyben is right.
I think all you can do is call your service provider and tell them your problem.
Because I had an issue similar to this a while back, and i called Rogers, and they said that if the conversation is nothing serious or like harassing? then they cant give you the number thats calling you. but they did issue me a credit so that i could change my phone number w/o having the pay the admin. fees.
If your situation is getting more serious, then you should call the cops.
