How do ia decode a samsung phone that has a unknown password? And how can I use a verizon wireless phone in Liberia?

You ask the person who owns the phone for the password.

I don't understand the question about Liberia. How do you use a phone in Liberia? Same as you use it anywhere else.

Ok, thanks, but the person forget the password, and the verizon is wireless and does't use simcard.
