I been receiving phone calls from a private phone # in my celular and I want to know who's number is it. how can I do that, I mean set up my cell phone setting to unblock the private number?

There's no way to do that, I don't think.

I think the only way you can do that is with police's help and it has to be part of an investigation or something for them to bother.

I just don't answer private calls, if it's not important enough to leave a message, it can't matter that much.

Charlotte234s is correct, in order for your carrier to be able to give you that kind of information they would need need to have legal authorization or police consent. In other words the information would need to be relevant to some kind of investigation.

You could ring your carrier and discuss it with them they could elaborate further.

It would violate privacy laws and help stalkers mostly if all numbers were readily available for public view.
