What is the best way to get copies of your prepaid wireless cell phone bills? Customer service won't go over your call logs anymore

Can't you connect to your providers website and sign in to review your monthly use. I am with Rogers and have access to both my PayAsYouGo and my husbands contract full details 24/7.
