cell phone gps

Ive Been Told Most New Cell Phones Have Gps. Is This True? If So How Accurate Is The Location And Can I Track This With Only Having The Cell Number. Does The Phone Have To Be Currently In Service?

Most new cell phones have GPS? Really? Mine doesn’t.

To track one though, odds are that it has to be turned on.

And just b/c you have your ex-fiancés number (I read your other post), doesn’t mean the phone company will turn the information over to you.

Some new cell phones have GPS tracking , that is you can find where you are if you are lost and have your phone. A few, only the most expensive ones have reverse tracking.

In general the commom cell phones can be found as to what tower they are on, in the country that can be 100's of square miles, basicly where I live you may know if they are near a certain small city.

In big cities you can find maybe what 10 or 15 block area. But you can't even do that, only the police with a warrant can do that.

For the advanced GPS tracking that you are talking about, you have to have two phones from the same company on the same contract with an agreement to be able to do that.
