Is she on a plan?
My suggestion would be to take it down to the place she bought it from and get them to see if they can fix it.
Whatever you do don't do anything that will void the warranty if it still has one, you are better off getting it sent away to be repaired if it is faulty. She will be without a phone for a while but you can pick up cheap ones from supermarkets in the mean time. |
