DVD Drive not working

My dvd drive can not read any disk i put in. It just shows blank.the device manager shows the device is okay. Any help will be appreciated.

Try loading the drivers again for this device.

my cd/dvd drive isnt working! it's not reading cd's or dvd's but the led is working properly and also the drive isn't showing up in the drive list at all! what do I do? I tried removing the coin battery rebooting the computer and removing the ram also the

cables but it didn't work!
