Hard drive not opening
"My hard drives not opening.it s giving message"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer".Please Help me

Some things to check:
1. Your login account doesn't have sufficient permissions for what you are attempting to do.
2. Services have been disabled unintentionally or by malicious intent.
3. Hard drive corruption.
4. Messed up group policies.
5. You're using a public computer and this behavior is by design.
