Cannot read CD, but I can read other CDs
I am trying to load a version4 of Scrapbook Factory without success. The drive starts but then nothing. I am able to read other CDs and also a previous version of Scrapbook Factory. I am baffled.

This is strictly a guess, but could it be that the previous versions were on a CD, but version 4 is on a DVD? If you are using a CD player, you will not be able to read DVDs.

I believe you can request CDs from the publisher of Scrapbook Factory. There would probably be some slip of paper in the box that indicates this.

    Good luck,

You have to check your disk whether it's CD or DVD or that disk might be scratchy so, it is enable to run or display data. If you found that it is DVD then you can use in only DVD drive.
