what type of over the counter dewormer is best

i just got a new kitten today she is very sweet but she is very skinny i want to deworm her what type of over the counter medicine is best

Since you have just brought her home, I would suggest taking her to the vet for a complete check up and to find out the schedule for her shots. They will advise you as to what is the best dewormer for her age and size. When they are kittens it is best not to just use any over the counter medications for them. You can wind up accidentally overmedicating.
