Need Advice About A Persian Cat Who Delivered 4 Kitties And 3 Placentas 4 Days Ago -- She Received Pitocin 5u Sq X 2 The Day Of Delivery -- To No Avail -- She Looks And Feels Well -- Kittens Are Fine -- Vets Say No Worries -- Will Probably Break Up And Pass -- No Problem With Infection Unless She Gets A Fever And Symptoms -- Could Do An Ultrasound To Be Sure, But Then No Real Plan Of Action After That -- Any Thoughts??

I would just wait and see what happens. If she's been to the vet, and the vet thinks she's fine, then she is probably fine. If she shows any sign of bleeding/discomfort, rush her to the emergency vet.

Oh, and also, if you're not watching her all the time, she may have passed it and eaten it by now, cats eat the placenta after they expel it, it's rich in nutrients.
