| | | Kitty peeing in the corner. So we have four cats, they're ages 7,8, and 13. However, the youngest is 2, and she has continually been peeing in the corner right outside of the litterbox, my mom tried just cleaning it with lysol, then we tried newspaper and vinegar, we bought this all natural nono spray, and even moved the litterbox into the corner. But now she just pees right next to it. We need to get her fixed, we know, it's just been tight in the money situation lately. Just wondering if anybody has some advice on keeping her from peeing OUTSIDE of the litterbox. | | | | | | |

| You already solved your problem by knowing you have to get her fixed, Snook, that was very astute. Phone around and get the best price for neutering if you want to keep her because this issue will wear thin soon if she starts doing that somewhere else. If I suggest anything, as a spice to deter her (that wont harm her), it will only send her somewhere else.
Sorry, Snook, thats the best I can do.

| Aww poor Pickle, Luka is doing the same thing, we still need to get her fixed too.
We got this stuff called "dumb cat" from petco when Luka starte peeing on the carpet. It takes away the odor and repels the cat. They also don't like lemo scent from what I've heard. But really, try the "Dumb cat" spray, it works really well. Just make sure you spray it whever she has or you think she might pee. |

| Cats cant stand the smell of peppermint, spearmint, etc. You could buy a small bottle of aromatherapy of one of these. You wouldnt mind the carpet smelling like peoppermint.

tick | Haha I'm chewing peppermint gum and my kitty stuck her nose in my mouth and sniffed continually. Maybe she's just a freak, but she likes it. |

| Hahaha i like the head in mouth thought. I hear that mints are NOT good for kitties' tummies. Could make them sick. But if it's not the actual oils; maybe not so bad? |
