Feline Renal Failure - Is prawn-only feeding OK?

My 13-year old cat Jesse has been diagnosed with renal failure. He refuses any food. I tried him on canned wet food of all types and flavours, dried food, fresh chicken, fresh beef, tinned tuna. The only food he accepts are fresh prawns. He is OK on taking his
medication. I'm worried that a prawn-only (100 gram a day) is not good for him. If it is OK, can I feed him more than that, if he is asking for it?

Sylvia
