Dying Kitten Gasping for Air

I have a kitten in the back yard who is gasping for air as we speak i tried giving it water and cat milk but i do not know if it is swallowing it??? I moved it so that it wouldnt die of heat stroke but will still stay warm though it doesnt seem to be helping. Poor kitten is very small it poop looks all mushy and green at the bottom though i do not see any worms. Plus the kitten eye are full of gunk and the his stomach looks like it was caved in or something.
I need help trying to save this kitten does anyone know what i can do to help besides take it to the vet.?????????

Call your local animal rescue shelter. They will best be able to guide you.

I'm a little late but if the kitten is gasping for air it more than probably has a respiratory infection.

There would be nothng you can do from home you need to get the kitten to the vet immediately.

From the sounds of it it is not your cat?
If you have just found it and cannot afford a vet you must take it to an animal shelter to be either treated or euthanised, whichever is the ore humane coarse of action.
