    Cat is limping
I just noticed it this morning. My cat Oreo is limping and is favoring her left front paw. But when she plays with our other cat she runs and doesn't seem to be feeling much pain until I touch her paw then she snarls and bites at me. Any suggestions?

It could be anything. Could be an ingrown claw. Could be that you have carpet and she was running and got caught up in it. If you don't want to take her to the vet now, just keep an eye on the paw, if it doesn't get better within the next week, take her to the vet. Good Luck.

Does you cat go outside? If he does he may have been bitten by another cat,and it may be the beginning of an abcess.Cat bites are very painful, and will become infected and form pockets of infection which will swell and drain at some point. He will need antibiotics if this is what it may be.Is the cat young or old?Cats can get arthritis.Let us know how he is doing.
