my cat keeps trying to bring me her kittens

I was wondering why my mother cat that gave birth 2 weeks ago is bringing me her kittens all the time? She has moved her kittens plenty of times and it seems like she wants them closer to me. Even when she went into labor, she jumped on the bed and woke me up at 1am. She now currently has them out in the open in the computer room which is weird cause I thought mother cats usually kept them in a dark private area.

this pretty simple...she trusts you and she knows that you will not harm her babies.

I agree. And maybe if its her first litter she is a little scared; probably wants help from HER momma, lol. It should stop as the kittens get older. Best wishes!
