A cat in desperate need of help

I have a 2 years old cat, male, 3.7 Kg, and his mother persian bread. 4
days ago he startes to vomit every half hour, vomiting acompanied by
diarrhea. Every time vomit was yellow at first with a mucus then a white
foam. There were no signs of blood. The diarrhea was also frequent (45
min - 1 hour). The stool was lighter then the normal color and with
mucus.
After 10 hours we consulted a vet. The diagnostic was put after an
ecography: gastritis.
This is the 4th day of treatment and there is very little improvement.
The stool is now more consistent, but the color is dark green. The
vomiting did not emprove much: sometimes he vomits after 1 hout and
sometimes after 4-5 hours. The treatment that we follow is:

The first 12 hours after the vet consultation nothing to eat or drink

and as medication:

Zantag R - 0.4-0.5 ml 3 times a day
No Spa - 0.3 ml 2 times a day
Glucose 5% -15 ml 2 times a day
Normal saline solution - 10 ml 2 times a day
Furosemid 20mg/2 ml - 0.5 ml/day (after he didn't urinate for 30 hours)

His normal diet is: Hill's feline prescription diet c/d (as the vet
recomanded a month ago) and whiskas wet cat food. Before the vet's
recomandation he ate Friskies (Purina) instead of Hill's.

We started at the beginning of his illness, to give him a blended
mixture of rice and cooked chiken brests but he didn`t eat it. Also
instead of water we gave him mint tea, but he didn't accept it. This was
the reason we restarted to feed him with his Hill`s food (only 10-12
granules) and with normal water after 24 hours. The result is bad. His
body does not accept the food nor the water and in max. half an hour he
vomits again.
We also found out that after half an hour from the injections he vomits
and has the green stool.
The treatment stopes today and our cat is still in a bad shape. We would apreciate any sugestions and advice you offer as soon as posible for
fear that the cat's condition will get worse.
