cat acting weird

hi-i gave my cat advantage flea treatment and now she is acting weird. she hisses at my other cat but likes to be by me. she has been hiding but comes out and meows very loudly when she hears me. Usually she bonds to the other cat not me. She doesnt look sick but maybe she is...Or do you think she is acting strange towards my other cat because she is not used to the smell of the flea treatment?

hmm, i have seen this behaviour before. has your cat been spayed yet? if not , it could be in "season".

She may be acting just due to the treatment. Any medicine you give your pet, especially for long term treatment, likr Advantage, changes them a little chemically. As she adapts and the dosage disipates a little, I think she'll come around.
