Well according to Google it is not possible because the ovaries are taken out.

Ok... technically, in the world of medicine, there is always remote chances of things not working. When a cat is spayed, they remove the ovaries and uterus. It is possible that some ovarian tissue may be missed. So it is remotely possible that the cat could go into heat, mate, and get pregnant. The big problem is that without a uterus, the kittens don't have an appropriate place to grow, and would most likely implant on the intestines. Which means that giving birth would result in dead kittens and most likely a dead mother cat.

So, technically, a pregnancy could happen. Birth, almost impossible. And this is the kind of medical miracle up there with "man falls out of airplane and lives" stories. So, the simple answer is "no", the cat can't have kittens after she's been spayed.

Yes it can happen! I know from experience... My cat was fixed 6 years ago and gave birth to 6 kittens last year. The vet was floored that it happened but it did. They had the records at the clinic where she was fixed the first time. Now she has been fixed again.. So the answer is Yes it can happen, I'm not sure how but it can.

Someone should fire the vet who 'spayed' her prior, as they must have left everything in there for her to have that many kittens.
