behavior changes in the cat family

My cat is usually lovey dovey and tackles me as soon as I get home purring and wanting, no demanding, to be petted and snuggled with. For about a week, she has been hiding at the end of the couch, and barely gives a head raise when we come in or around her. She doesn't purr, she doesn't come sleep with the kids at night. What is worse, is her two sisters, who always cuddle and groom each other, are hissing and taking swipes at her and won't go near her. They get tense just seeing her. Other than this, she is eating ok, peeing and doesn't seem to have any painful spots. She is just lethargic and prefers to hide---and so do her sisters!! What do you think? They are all only about 3yrs old, and have always been healthy and are up to date on everything. Dragging my heals at taking her to the vet...is the problem her? Or are the other cats the ones causing it? Nothing has changed in the house...this all happened suddenly.

I have 2 cats also the same age. I noticed this sort of behavior when they came home from the vet. The cause was the medicine smell on the one that went for a check up. And the other one hissed at her. Also I noticed the same behavior when something spooked my cat while I was away. I found out what it was and now I keep close to her when I hear it too. It was the voice of the lady next door...lol My cat hears her and hides under my bed.

Otherwise, I would definitely take your cat to the vet. The others might be trying to tell you something is wrong!
