beginning of cataract eyes?

Hello, in the dark with artificial light coming from behind my cat's head, it looks like she has a milky film to her eyes. should I be worried?

How old is she? Cataracts usually come on with age. They are not painful. Was this rapid onset and does it accompany squinting or tearing? If so, could also be a cut on the eye...need to take in.

She is two, and it was not rapid, no tearing, no squinting. At her next check-up, I'll see if the vet notices anything. I guess that I'm just a worrier, and was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. thanks for your input, M.
