anti-social cat?

Hello. I have a cat her name is minnie. She is a calico, and will be 2years old in septmeber. She is fixed, up to date on all her shots & checkups. Okay, the situation is Minnie was found outside when she was a baby. About 2months old i believe. She has always been such a love, played well with my other cat. She was and is very close to me, and my fiance. She started to have an attitude change about after her 1st birthday. She wouldnt play as much, got really lazy, and she runs from everyone except my fiance and me. She doesnt like "strangers," will not let anyone pick her up that isnt me or the fiance. Nothing bad has happened to her, so i just assumed that she "matured", but the whole part where she doesnt like other people makes me wonder... We got 3 more kittens, and there all about 6 months old now. They all get along well, just that she doesnt have no interest in socializing. Could she be sad? They dont fight, or anything like that, she just seems like ... blah. i dont know. any opinions? Or maybe shes bored???

Cats behave in a wide variety of ways.

At the one year mark, your cat is now an adult... this means that her activity level is going to decrease a bit as time goes on. She's out of the learning stages of her life, and is settling down into a routine. That includes all of the playing, how she behaves towards you and other people, and her sleeping habits. Cats sleep a lot... more than half the day, and up to 20 hours for some.

You say you got her when she was about two months old... this is near the end of the part of the cat's life where she gets used to socializing, and begins to be used to the social situation. Cats who aren't well socialized in the two to eight week age range often have trouble with accepting new people (or cats) compared to cats who are. She'll tend to do better with the other people as she gets to know them, but she'll always be hesitant about anybody new, or anybody who isn't around much.
