Can food has mostly water as its ingredient. You can use a syringe and they will probably lick the water out of it, as you slowly squirt it at the mouth. You can try to place a shallow dish of water near them, but it may take a little while before they catch on.You can buy small bottles from a pet store also.

Just offer the formula after they have had a bit to eat. Set them a bowl of water out. They should be old enough to drink from it. I would not make it cold. Just room tap/ room temp.
