Where is the RACV located on a 08 Honda Civic?

Where is the RACV located on a 08 Honda civic? And is this the same valve as the IACV? Can I buy this valve at my local Napa, Auto Zone,etc? Or should I get it from Honda?

The IACV is the Idle Air Control Valve, which is often located on the back of, or on top of, the plennum. They are very reliable, however. I've never heard of a RACV.
